Meet the Chaplain

In celebration of Arizona’s Centennial, Heartline will welcome Donna Kafer, the president and founder of the Arizona Legislative Chaplaincy.  Join us as we hear from the woman who prays with and spiritually advises some of our state’s most prestigious elected officials.
